Democratic school

What is it?

Well, Democratic schools attempt to avoid any form of overt or covert enculturation outside the democratic process. Recognizing that one's 'natural authority' in the eyes of children is ultimately dependent on one's authenticity, teachers at democratic schools avoid tricks and enticements to induce any learning that isn't requested or desired. The only socialization that takes place explicitly is that recognized by the process of democratic deliberation. The fact that a group of individuals—students and staff—must live, learn, and work together in the same space requires a system of governance. That system, as is the case in most countries and communities that respect principles of human equality, freedom, and the pursuit of happiness, is a form of direct democracy.

What does it means for my Muslim kids, it means they will become like all this other Democracy Muslim grown kid with love to music, fan of a Kafir whom he knows will go to Hell but still think he is COOL, having hard time praying, wearing tight hijab or no hijab, and doing all this other COOL STAFF.

Prophet Muhammad Sallalahu Aleihi WaSalam told us that a sheep that goes outside of it’s herd will be an easy target and very vulnerable.
We are all Sheppard’s of our people, as a mother I am responsible for my kids and I don’t what with my own hands take them outside of their herd, this why I need your Dua’s and support in making Baytoona a reality, Fisabililah.

(Oh yeah I know, what am I taking about, they are soooo nice…well, would they openly tell you that their mission is Dawah against Islam? Probably yes but …)

Twisted perception of reality.

Oh, we should be nice to a non-Muslim but at the same time we can’t be nice to the one how believe in Allah but doesn’t belong to our group…

What is going on with you?

If some one is working for a president of any country they fill protected and so powerful…doing all kind of things, proudly holding their position, trying to do what ever it takes to maintain their position, not letting any one to take their place.

Mean while you do not even to standing up for your rights, selling your Iman for very cheap, afraid to even have a Ni’ah to change and always trying to put some one else in your place, while being under protection of your Rabb…

Rabb – there is no proper equivalent for Rabb in English language. It means the One and the Only Lord for the entire universe, its Creator, Owner, Organizer, Provider, Master, Planner, Sustainer, Cherisher, and Giver of security.

Muslim is the one who believe! Question is Do You Believe?

Every day I see signs of Allah…

We all know that the best way to write is short, catchy, meaningful…

Well, this exactly the way Allah’s books are written.

Before people had no choice if they wanted to read they have to read what ever is available at the time, of course there were preferences but not that much of variety, and only now do to a computer age we found out our new taste which is changing old system of writing and writers. Who would know this better than our Creator Al-Khaliq, Al-Aleem, Ar-Rahman…

Why are the Muslims so powerless??

We have lost the capacity to produce knowledge.

* o In the entire Muslim World (57 Muslim Countries) there are only 500 universities.

* o In USA alone, 5,758 universities

* o In India alone, 8,407 universities

* o Not one university in the entire Islamic World features in the Top 500 Ranking Universities of the World

* o Literacy in the Christian World 90%

* o Literacy in the Muslim World 40%

* o 15 Christian majority-countries, literacy rate 100%

* o Muslim majority - countries , None

* o 98% in Christian countries completed primary

* o Only 50% in Muslim countries completed primary.

* o 40% in Christian countries attended university

* o In Muslim countries a dismal 2% attended.

* o Muslim majority countries have 230 scientists per one million Muslims

* o The USA has 5000 per million

* o The Christian world 1000 technicians per million.

* o Entire Arab World only 50 technicians per million.

* o Muslim World spends on research/development t 0.2% of GDP

* o Christian World spends 5 % of GDP

Conclusion.
o The Muslim World lacks the capacity to produce knowledge.

Another way of testing the degree of knowledge is the degree of diffusing knowledge.

o Pakistan 23 daily newspapers per 1000 citizens
o Singapore 360 per 1000 citizens.
o In UK book titles per million is 2000
o In Egypt book titles per million is only 20

Conclusion.
o Muslim World is failing to diffuse knowledge

Applying Knowledge is another such test.

o Exports of high tech products from Pakistan is 1% of its exports.

o In Saudi Arabia is 0.3%

o Kuwait , Morocco and Algeria 0.3%

o Singapore alone is 58%

Conclusion.
o Muslim World is failing to apply knowledge.

One body…one Ummah...

After I have converted to Islam in 2005 I went through faces:

First, no hijab…very curious.

Second, tight hijab…very social.

Third, black-loose hijab…hate modernism and innovation in Islam.

Now, after crying my eyes out subsequent of seeing what Kafirs are doing to my brothers and sisters in Gaza, Palestine, Kashmir, India, Chechen, Iraq, Pakistan, Afghanistan, Somali… I don’t really care what you wear, what you eat and how you pray as long as you belong to my Ummah, Ummah of prophet Muhammad Sallalahu Aleyhi WaSalam, for the sake of Allah lets Unite.

29:69 As for those who strive hard in Our cause -We shall most certainly guide them onto paths that lead unto Us: for, behold, God is indeed with the doers of good.

Do you know what is curriculum?

In The Curriculum, the first textbook published on the subject, in 1918, John Franklin Bobbitt said that curriculum, as an idea, has its roots in the Latin word for race-course, explaining the curriculum as the course of deeds and experiences through which children become the adults they should be, for success in adult society.

So, to whom will you trust to write a curriculum for our kids?
To someone who believe in Darwin's Theory, or Modern Crusader, or Atheist...
Well, how will you find out who wrote a curriculum for our kids and what is their understanding of whom our kids should become...

Who put you in this situation and why?

A cook is not a cook if while cooking he is thinking, "Who made this rice?"

A soldier is not a soldier if while fighting he is thinking, "Who made this helmet?"

A brother is not a brother if while helping his brother he is thinking, "Who put you in this situation and why?"

Asking these questions might help you find an answer, but not a solution, because you might be asking the wrong question...

Princess Fatima al-Fihri invented University in 859CE

Fatima al-Fihri (? – 880) (nicknamed Oum al Banine, meaning the mother of the kids) was the daughter of Mohammed al-Fihri, with whom she migrated to Fes, Morocco from Qairawan, located in present-day Tunisia. In 859, Fatima founded the oldest academic degree-granting university existing today, the University of Qarawiyyin, with money inherited from her father, a wealthy businessman. She is said to have fasted in order to become closer to Allah during the building of the university.

Qadr is divine destiny in Islam.

Qadar is the Arabic word for Destiny. Qada' is the Arabic word for Decree. They may or may not be used interchangebly depending on the context. Essentially, Destiny is what Allah has decreed. Allah has knowledge of everything in his creation. Nothing occurs except by his will. Human beings are given free will, and it must be made clear that destiny does not have a cause-and-effect influence of the choices humans make. The choices that humans make are all within Allah's knowledge.
The destiny of everything is recorded in Al-Lauh Al-Mahfuud (The Preserved Tablet). In an authentic hadith narrated by At-Tirmithee and Abu Dawuud, Prophet Muhammad said “Verily, the first thing Allah created was the pen. He said to it: ‘Write.’ It replied: ‘My Lord, what should I write?’ So He said: ‘Write all that will occur.’ So in that hour, everything that will occur until the Day of Recompense was recorded.” Another hadith indicates that this was 50,000 years prior to creation.

Islamic Philosophy

Kalām (Arabic: علم الكلام‎) is the Islamic philosophy of seeking Islamic theological principles through dialectic. In Arabic the word literally means "speech". A scholar of kalam is referred to as a mutakallim (Muslim theologian; plural mutakallimiin). There are many interpretations of why this discipline was called "kalam"; one of them is that the widest controversy in this field was about Allah's speech.

Criticism

The place of kalam in Islamic thought has been controversial throughout history. Many traditional Sunni Muslim scholars have criticized or outright prohibited it, including the well known "Four Imams”. Abu Hanifa prohibited his students from engaging in kalam, stating in his view that those who practice it are from the "retarded ones."[1] Malik ibn Anas referred to kalam in the Islamic religion as being "detested"[2], and that whoever "seeks the religion through kalam will deviate".[3] In addition, Muhammad Shafi'i said that no advice on knowledge of Islam can be gained from books of kalam, as kalam "is not from knowledge"[4][5] and that "It is better for a man to spend his whole life doing whatever Allah has prohibited - besides shirk with Allah - rather than spending his whole life involved in kalam."[6] Ahmad ibn Hanbal also spoke strongly against kalam, stating his view that no one looks into kalam unless there is "corruption in his heart,"[7] and even went so far as to prohibit sitting with people practicing kalam even if they were defending the Sunnah,[8] and instructing his students to warn against any person they saw practicing kalam.[9]
Today, criticism of kalam also comes from modern day scholars of the Salafi movement.
Some modern day scholars of the Sufi movement hold mixed views. Nuh Ha Mim Keller, a Sheikh in the Shadili Order, holds that the criticism of kalam from early scholars was specific to the Mu'tazila, going on to claim that other historical Muslim scholars such as Al-Ghazali, As-Subki, and An-Nawawi saw both good and bad in kalam and cautioned from the speculative excess of unorthodox groups such as the Mu'tazilah and Jahmiyya.[10]

Western philosophy is the love of wisdom and Islamic philosophy is wisdom it self.

Western philosophy is the love of wisdom and Islamic philosophy is wisdom it self.

Western philosophy is a term that refers to philosophical thinking in the Western or Occidental world, as distinct from Eastern or Oriental philosophies and the varieties of indigenous philosophies. Historically, the term was recently invented to refer to the philosophical thinking of Western civilization, beginning with Greek philosophy in ancient Greece, and eventually covering a large area of the globe, including North America and Australia. There is some debate of whether to include areas such as Northern Africa, some parts of the Middle East, Russia, and so on. The word philosophy itself originated in ancient Greece: philosophia (φιλοσοφία), literally, "the love of wisdom" (φιλεῖν - philein "to love" and σοφία - sophia "wisdom", in the sense of knowledge).

Early Islamic philosophy or classical Islamic philosophy is a period of intense philosophical development beginning in the 2nd century AH of the Islamic calendar (early 9th century CE) and lasting until the 6th century AH (late 12th century CE). The period is known as the Islamic Golden Age, and the achievements of this period had a crucial influence in the development of modern philosophy and science. This period starts with al-Kindi in the 9th century and ends with Averroes (Ibn Rushd) at the end of 12th century. Some of the significant achievements of early Muslim philosophers included the development of a strict science of citation, the isnad or "backing"; the development of a method of open inquiry to disprove claims, the ijtihad, which could be generally applied to many types of questions (although which to apply it to is an ethical question); the willingness to both accept and challenge authority within the same process; recognition that science and philosophy are both subordinate to morality, and that moral choices are prior to any investigation or concern with either; the separation of theology (kalam) and law (shariah) during the early Abbasid period, a precursor to secularism;[1] the distinction between religion and philosophy, marking the beginning of secular thought; the beginning of a peer review process; early ideas on evolution; the beginnings of the scientific method, an important contribution to the philosophy of science; the first forms of non-Aristotelian logic and the introduction of temporal modal logic and inductive logic; the beginning of social philosophy, including the formulation of theories on social cohesion and social conflict; the beginning of the philosophy of history; the development of the philosophical novel and the concepts of empiricism and tabula rasa; and distinguishing between essence and existence.

Can you write?

Let's see first what is writing...

Writing systems are distinguished from other possible symbolic communication systems in that one must usually understand something of the associated spoken language to comprehend the text.

So technically however you express your self, as long as it is understandable, it is writing.

Why it is important?

Well, we already came to a computer age where interesting blog is 200-300 word max, twitter is 140 symbols...it's popularity is changing writing and writers...

When we read small meaningful info we start to analyze, question, think, ponder...which exercises our brain...

As you can see that Quran is from The One Who created us He made it the way it would be beneficial for our brain...

(This is) a Book that We have revealed unto you, full of lasting Bliss that they may ponder upon its Messages and that those who have understood may be mindful.(38:29)

So read Quran, ponder and start to write...this Ummah is in desperate need of brainy people to whom Baytoona will be able to provide already known knowledge...so that we can find the way to make it all better...Insha Allah

Baytoona is a slave of The Creator of Geniuses

Can you be a genius?

Hmm…

Who is genius?

A genius is someone who successfully applies a previously unknown technique in the production of a work of art, science, or calculation, or who masters and personalizes a known technique. A genius possesses great intelligence and remarkable abilities in a specific subject or shows an exceptional natural capacity of intellect and/or ability, especially in the production of creative and original work, something that has never been seen or evaluated previously. Traits often associated with genius include strong individuality, imagination, uniqueness, and innovative drive[ (Wikipedia)

Which means, if you want to be a genius you just need to discover your area which you are passionate about and find previous/old techniques in it and create something new…which you will, because every day will challenge you to find it…

In the Name of Allâh, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.

"Allah! None has the right to be worshipped but He - the Living, The Self-subsisting, Eternal. No slumber can seize Him Nor Sleep. His are all things In the heavens and on earth. Who is there can intercede In His presence except As he permitteth? He knoweth What (appeareth to His creatures As) Before or After or Behind them. Nor shall they compass Aught of his knowledge Except as He willeth. His throne doth extend Over the heavens And on earth, and He feeleth No fatigue in guarding And preserving them, For He is the Most High. The Supreme (in glory)." (This Verse 2:255 is called Ayat al-Kursi)

Well, our Creator reviled lots of his knowledge to us…which by His will Baytoona will try to make known to you for...

Fisbililah (For the sake of Allah)
Have you seeing this picture
